I'm almost sorry that I am of an age that we actually paid to see the cartoon marathons in a theater. TV was still showing live local stuff on Saturday mornings when I was a kid.
I'm pretty sure that Einstein didn't watch Wile E. Coyote when he posited that insanity was repeating the same act over and over expecting a different result.

I'd done a Lessons Learned from Watching Bugs Bunny post myself a while back, and I learned:

1.) Tolerance. Just because everyone you know has a speech impediment or stutter-- or a rabbit happens to cross-dress-- doesn't make them any less interesting or worthwhile.

2.) Acme, the New Jersey grocery store chain, does not, in fact, sell jet-powered roller skates.

This last one was a big disappointment to me as a kid.
